Wow. I saw this today over my yard. I see a fist holding a man who has 3 🤍🤍🤍 at his ear and what appear to be demonic spirits leaving his head. There are women looking at him .. perhaps praying for him.

IT IS 11:11 NOW ON THE CLOCK 👀👀. HOLY SPIRIT REVEALED THAT IS SIGNIFICANT.

Mark 9 frames “cutting off” within the reality of Gehenna. Final judgment clarifies present priorities: forfeiting a limb is nothing compared with losing one’s soul. Believers live in hopeful urgency, eager to cast away stumbling blocks and enter life whole in Christ.

Signals removal under wrath. “I will gather them and consume them” (Jeremiah 8:13). Zephaniah 3:8 warns of nations “gathered for assembly of kingdoms” to experience God’s burning anger. Job 27:18 pictures the wicked “gathering” wealth like a moth that will be stripped away. Thus the same act of divine gathering that redeems the faithful also concentrates rebellious powers for destruction.

Job 34:14 speaks of God’s withdrawing (“gathering”) man’s spirit and breath, returning him to dust. Job 26:9 depicts Him “covering the face of the full moon,” literally “gathering” it behind cloud. Psalm 33:7 says He “gathers the waters of the sea like a heap.” Such passages magnify His sovereign rule over creation.

The Gospel vocabulary for Christ “gathering” disciples (Matthew 23:37; John 11:52) echoes this Hebrew backdrop, portraying Jesus as the definitive Shepherd who brings scattered sheep into one flock (John 10:16).

Across some two hundred passages, אָסַף portrays the purposeful act of God and His people in assembling, providing, protecting, judging, and ultimately restoring.

In Isaiah 24:22, the prophet foresees rebellious kings and mighty ones “gathered together like prisoners in a pit; they will be confined in prison, and after many days they will be punished” (Berean Standard Bible). Within the larger oracle of chapters 24–27, this scene belongs to a global “Day of the Lord” vision in which the earth is laid waste (Isaiah 24:1), human pride is brought low (Isaiah 24:21), and the righteous remnant sing for joy (Isaiah 25:9). The solitary appearance underscores a solemn, judicial “gathering,” distinct from the joyous assemblies elsewhere in Scripture.

Isaiah’s single use of the term portrays God as the ultimate warden of history. Earthly rulers may imprison others, yet in the final reckoning they themselves are “confined.” The vision harmonizes with Psalms 2:4–6, where the Lord laughs at rebellious kings and installs His own King on Zion.

Scripture frequently depicts two gatherings: the wicked for judgment (Joel 3:2, Matthew 13:41–42) and the righteous for salvation (Isaiah 11:12, Matthew 24:31). Isaiah 24:22belongs to the former, complementing promises that the Messiah will “gather the lambs in His arms” (Isaiah 40:11).

Luke 8:31 records demons begging Jesus not to be sent into “the Abyss,” aligning with Isaiah’s image of confinement in a pit. 

Revelation 19:19–21 gathers earthly kings against the Rider on the white horse, only to consign them to fiery judgment, echoing Isaiah’s sequence of gathering and punishment. 

Acts 17:31 proclaims a set day on which God will judge the world in righteousness, providing doctrinal continuity from Isaiah’s vision to apostolic preaching.

Isaiah 24:22 assures the faithful that evil is not permanent; God will gather, confine, and punish every power that exalts itself against His throne, leading to the final proclamation, “The LORD reigns for ever and ever” (Revelation 11:15).
