AS I SAT IN MY OFFICE THIS EVENING HOLY SPIRIT AWAKENED MY SLEEPING COMPUTER TO SHOW ME PROPHETIC NUMBERS. I SEARCHED THEM OUT AND THEN FATHER GOD SPOKE.
HOLY SPIRIT REVEALED THE TIME 10:39.
HEBREWS 10:39 AMP (including 37-39) FOR YET IN A VERY LITTLE WHILE, HE WHO IS COMING WILL COME, AND WILL NOT DELAY. BUT MY RIGHTEOUS ONE [the one justified by faith] SHALL LIVE BY FAITH [respecting man’s relationship to God and trusting Him]; AND IF HE DRAWS BACK [shrinking in fear], MY SOUL HAS NO DELIGHT IN HIM [Hab 2:3, 4] But our way is not that of those who shrink back to destruction, but [we are] of those who believe [relying on God through faith in Jesus Christ, the Messiah] and by this confident faith preserve the soul.”
HOLY SPIRIT REVEALED THE NUMBER 15 AND 615 IN THE DATE.

Meaning: (those which are) bound, prisoner, captive
The term may describe someone justly punished (Psalm 107:10), unjustly accused (Genesis 39:20-22), a political captive (Isaiah 14:17), or even the people of God awaiting covenantal deliverance (Zechariah 9:11-12).
“God…leads the prisoners out to prosperity” (Psalm 68:6).
“The LORD listens to the needy and does not despise His captive people” (Psalm 69:33).
“To hear the groans of the prisoner, to release those condemned to death” (Psalm 102:20).
“Some sat in darkness…prisoners in misery and chains…Then they cried out to the LORD…He brought them out” (Psalm 107:10-14).
These texts intertwine human bondage with God’s saving initiative, portraying the Almighty as both Judge and Liberator.
Babylon’s tyranny: Isaiah mocks the fallen king who “refused to release the captives” (Isaiah 14:17). Political oppression is ultimately accountable to God’s justice.
Throughout Scripture, God’s character is revealed in setting prisoners free, whether literal or spiritual.
