AS I DECREED NO SICKNESS, PLAGUE, B1OWEAP0N, TERRORIST ETC WILL COME NEAR ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS OR OUR HOUSEHOLDS AND AS I DECREED PSALM 91 OVER US .. THE TIME WAS 9:17 THRU 9:19.
