PRAYER JOURNAL - PRESIDENT GEORGE WASHINGTON IN THE CLOUD OF WITNESSES!

This looks like George Washington. The timestamp on the photo is 7:16 (July 16 comes to mind).

On July 16, 1790 President George Washington signed into law the Residence Act, which granted him the power to select a new site for a capital of the United States on the east bank of the Potomac River. The federal government was located in New York City at the time the bill was enacted into law.

A week earlier, the House had approved relocating the federal government from Philadelphia to the District of Columbia by a vote of 32-29.

On July 16, 1775 in his General Orders, George Washington instructed the Continental Army in Cambridge to observe a day of fasting and public humiliation, urging soldiers to attend divine service with their arms.
