PRAYER JOURNAL - TURN OFF THE ENEMY'S NOISE & TUNE IN TO GOD'S RHYTHM OF LIFE!

I am seeing cherries 🍒. I see people rolling out dough to make a pie crust. I see them pouring the ingredients into the pie pan. I can smell fresh baked cherry pie 🥧😋.

What are you showing me Lord?

I want families to gather around the kitchen. I want them to cook and bake together and laugh and fellowship. I want them to turn off their devices. Turn off television sets. Turn off the noise. And TUNE IN to the sounds of life .. of family .. of love. I gave you families so that you would experience love. There is nothing like the love between mother and son and father and daughter .. between siblings .. the love of a grandmother and grandfather for their grandchildren. Bake a pie. Put whipped cream on top. Serve it with vanilla ice cream. Savor it. And savor the smiles and hugs of your family this Thanksgiving. Let this be a day you replicate over and over and over. The enemy has introduced so much noise into your lives. Make a choice to TURN IT OFF and TUNE IN to the sound and rhythm of life and family. Think of those you know who do not have family members for one reason or another and invite them to your gathering. Spread love and good cheer. And know that I AM is in the midst of you on this special day and always. I love you all. Adonai.
