LUKE 12 - TRUST IN THE LORD RATHER THAN ON YOUR NEW FOUND WEALTH!

AS I SAT DOWN WITH COFFEE ☕️ TO START MY PRAYERS THE TIME IS 12:21 .. AND I KNOW IN MY SPIRIT THAT PERTAINS TO WHAT I AM TO SHARE TODAY.

AS THE DEATH ANGEL & WEALTH TRANSFER ARE IMMINENT THE LORD IS EMPHASIZING TO PUT ALL OF YOUR TRUST IN HIM & COMPLETELY RELY ON HIM AS YOUR SOURCE FOR EVERY NEED & EVERY DESIRE OF YOUR HEART. SEEK HIM OUT OF DESIRE FOR RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM RATHER THAN FOR WHAT HE CAN GIVE YOU. BE CAREFUL THAT YOU DO NOT TRUST IN YOUR NEW FOUND WEALTH RATHER THAN THE SOURCE OF THAT WEALTH .. WHICH IS YOUR HEAVENLY ABBA FATHER WHO LOVES YOU MORE THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE.

A REVELATION I RECEIVED FROM THE SCRIPTURE TODAY IS THAT THE VERSES DESCRIBING THE RETURN OF JESUS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWS THOSE THAT CARRY HIS ADMONITION ABOUT OUR HEART POSTURE TOWARD WEALTH & PROVISION. WHERE YOU DEPOSIT THE TREASURE YOU ARE GIVEN IS WHERE YOUR HEART ♥️ IS .. HE IS TELLING US TO DO A HEART CHECK NOW. AS YOU THINK ABOUT THE COMING WEALTH TRANSFER, ARE YOU SEEKING GOD TO FIND OUT WHERE AND HOW MUCH TO GIVE? OR ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT THINGS YOU CAN ENRICH YOURSELF WITH?

“Above all, constantly seek God’s kingdom and his righteousness, then all these less important things will be given to you abundantly.”

Matthew 6:33 TPT

WHEN YOU SHARE THE BOUNTY YOU HAVE RECEIVED, GOD RETURNS IT TO YOU MULTIPLIED. THE KEY TO GROWING YOUR WEALTH IS TO BE OBEDIENT TO SHARE WHAT THE LORD SAYS TO SHARE .. AND TO DO SO CHEERFULLY. THE WAY YOU LOSE YOUR WEALTH IS TO USE IT TO FOCUS ON ENRICHING YOURSELF.

“Bring the full amount of your tithes into the temple treasury so that there may be ample provisions in my house. Test me and see if I, Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies, will fling open the floodgates of heaven for you and pour down upon you an overflowing blessing that you will not be able to contain.”

Malachi 3:10 TPT

“Speaking to the people, Jesus continued, “Be alert and guard your heart from greed and from always wishing for what you don’t have. For your life can never be measured by the amount of things you possess.”

Jesus then gave them this illustration: “A wealthy land owner had a farm that produced bumper crops. Every year the harvest was so great it filled his barns to overflowing! He thought, ‘What should I do now that every barn is full and I have nowhere else to store more? I know what I’ll do! I’ll tear down the barns and build one massive barn to hold all my grain and goods. Then I can just sit back, surrounded with comfort and ease. I’ll enjoy life with no worries at all.’

God said to him, ‘What a fool you are to trust in your riches and not in me! This very night the messengers of death will demand to take your life. Then who will get all the wealth you have stored up for yourself?’ The same thing will happen to all those who fill up their lives with everything but God.

Jesus taught his disciples, saying, “Listen to me. Never let anxiety enter your hearts. Never worry about any of your needs, such as food or clothing. For your life is infinitely more than just the food you eat or the clothing you wear. Take the carefree birds as your example. Do you ever see them worry? They neither grow their own food nor put it in a storehouse for later. Yet God takes care of every one of them, feeding each of them out of the abundance of his love and goodness. Isn’t your life more precious to God than a bird? Be carefree in the care of God!

Does worry add anything to your life? Can it add one more year, or even one day? So if worrying adds nothing, but actually subtracts from your life, why would you worry about God’s care of you?

Think about the lilies. They grow and become beautiful, not because they work hard or strive to clothe themselves. Yet not even Solomon, wearing his kingly garments of splendor, could be compared to a field of lilies. If God can clothe the fields and meadows with grass and flowers, can he not clothe you as well, O struggling one with so many doubts?

I repeat: Don’t let worry enter your life. Live above the anxious cares about your personal needs. People everywhere seem to worry about making a living, but your heavenly Father knows your every need and will take care of you. As you passionately seek his kingdom, above all else, he will supply your needs. So don’t ever be afraid, dearest friends! Your loving Father joyously gives you his kingdom with all its promises!

Now, go and sell what you have and give to those in need; you will be making deposits in your account in heaven, an account that will never be taken from you. Your gifts will become a secure and unfailing treasure, deposited in heaven forever. Where you deposit your treasure, that is where you fix your thoughts—and your heart will long to be there also.

Be prepared for action at a moment’s notice. Be like servants anticipating their master’s return from a wedding celebration. They are ready at a moment’s notice to unlock and open the door for him. What great joy is ahead for those who stay awake and wait for their Master’s return!

He himself will become their servant and wait on them. He may appear at midnight or even later, but what great joy for the awakened ones whenever he comes! Of course, if they knew ahead of time the hour of their master’s appearing, they would be alert, just as they would be ready if they knew ahead of time that a thief was coming to break into their house.

So keep being alert and ready at all times. For I promise you that the Son of Man will surprise you and appear when you don’t expect him.”

For many will come in (on the strength of) My name [appropriating the name which belongs to Me], saying, I am the Christ (the Messiah), and they will lead many astray.

And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not frightened or troubled, for this must take place, but the end is not yet.

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in place after place;

All this is but the beginning [the early pains] of the birth pangs [of the intolerable anguish].”

I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one may rob you and deprive you of your crown.

He who overcomes (is victorious), I will make him a pillar in the sanctuary of My God; he shall never be put out of it or go out of it, and I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which descends from My God out of heaven, and My own new name.”

TO CHOOSE LIFE IS TO CHOOSE JESUS!!! HE LOVES YOU AND IS EAGERLY WAITING FOR YOU TO ACKNOWLEDGE HIS FREE GIFT OF SALVATION & TO ASK HIM TO BE YOUR LORD & SAVIOR. THE BIBLE SAYS WE MUST CONFESS WITH OUR MOUTH THAT JESUS IS LORD TO BE SAVED FOR ALL ETERNITY. 

"And what is God's "living message?" It is the revelation of faith for salvation, which is the message that we preach. For if you publicly declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will experience salvation. The heart that believes in him receives the gift of righteousness of God - and then the mouth confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scriptures encourage us with these words: "Everyone who believes in Him will never be disappointed." Romans 10:9-11 TPT

PRAY THIS PRAYER ALOUD WITH YOUR VOICE TO RECEIVE JESUS' FREE GIFT OF SALATION & INVITE HIM TO BE THE LORD OF YOUR LIFE:

Jesus, I come to you asking forgiveness of my sins. I confess in my heart and speak with my mouth that You are the Son of God who died on the cross for my sins, that You took my punishment & paid the price I could not pay for eternal salvation. I believe that you were raised on the 3rd day and are now seated at the right hand of God the Father. I receive Your free gift of salvation and I ask You to be the Lord of my heart, my soul and my life. Thank you for saving me & making me righteous before God.
