MARK 10 - SERVE WITH HUMILITY & LOVE

AS I AM SAYING MORNING PRAYERS I SEE 10:40 ON THE CLOCK & FEEL AN UNCTION TO LOOK UP SCRIPTURE. MARK 10:40 IS HIGHLIGHTED (then verses 35-45). 

THESE ARE THE DAYS WE WILL DO GREATER WORKS .. INCREDIBLE MIRACLES, SIGNS & WONDERS. WE MUST REMAIN HUMBLE IN DOING SO .. EMULATING THE WAY JESUS SERVED THE PEOPLE WITH HUMILITY & LOVE 💕. WE ARE NOT TO LIVE & CONDUCT OURSELVES FOR A PLACE OF HONOR .. BUT WE ARE TO LIVE & CONDUCT OURSELVES FOR THE PERSON OF HONOR .. JESUS CHRIST. 

“And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, approached Him and said to Him, Teacher, we desire You to do for us whatever we ask of You. 

And He replied to them, What do you desire Me to do for you? 

And they said to Him, Grant that we may sit, one at Your right hand and one at [Your] left hand, in Your glory (Your majesty and splendor). 

But Jesus said to them, You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I drink or be baptized with the baptism [of affliction] with which I am baptized? 

And they replied to Him, We are able. And Jesus told them, The cup that I drink you will drink, and you will be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized, 

But to sit at My right hand or at My left hand is not Mine to give; but [it will be given to those] for whom it is ordained and prepared. 

And when the other ten [apostles] heard it, they began to be indignant with James and John. 

But Jesus called them to [Him] and said to them, You know that those who are recognized as governing and are supposed to rule the Gentiles (the nations) Lord it over them [ruling with absolute power, holding them in subjection], and their great men exercise authority and dominion over them. 

But this is not to be so among you; instead, whoever desires to be great among you must be your servant, 

And whoever wishes to be most important and first in rank among you must be slave of all. 

For even the Son of Man came not to have service rendered to Him, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for (instead of) many.”

“He who is not with Me [believing in Me as Lord and Savior] is against Me [there is no impartial position]; and he who does not gather with Me [assisting in My ministry], scatters.”

AND IN THE MESSAGE TRANSLATION .. 

“This is war, and there is no neutral ground. If you’re not on my side, you’re the enemy; if you’re not helping, you’re making things worse.”

TODAY IS AUG 27 .. the Biblical meaning of 27 (3x3x3) is THE REVELATION OF ALL THINGS JESUS .. THE LIGHT OF TRUTH 💕

TO CHOOSE LIFE IS TO CHOOSE JESUS!!! HE LOVES YOU AND IS EAGERLY WAITING FOR YOU TO ACKNOWLEDGE HIS FREE GIFT OF SALVATION & TO ASK HIM TO BE YOUR LORD & SAVIOR. THE BIBLE SAYS WE MUST CONFESS WITH OUR MOUTH THAT JESUS IS LORD TO BE SAVED FOR ALL ETERNITY. 

"And what is God's "living message?" It is the revelation of faith for salvation, which is the message that we preach. For if you publicly declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will experience salvation. The heart that believes in him receives the gift of righteousness of God - and then the mouth confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scriptures encourage us with these words: "Everyone who believes in Him will never be disappointed." Romans 10:9-11 TPT

PRAY THIS PRAYER ALOUD WITH YOUR VOICE TO RECEIVE JESUS' FREE GIFT OF SALATION & INVITE HIM TO BE THE LORD OF YOUR LIFE:

Jesus, I come to you asking forgiveness of my sins. I confess in my heart and speak with my mouth that You are the Son of God who died on the cross for my sins, that You took my punishment & paid the price I could not pay for eternal salvation. I believe that you were raised on the 3rd day and are now seated at the right hand of God the Father. I receive Your free gift of salvation and I ask You to be the Lord of my heart, my soul and my life. Thank you for saving me & making me righteous before God.
