ISAIAH 17 - GOD'S DELIVERANCE FROM JACOB'S TROUBLE

Father, Son & Holy Spirit led me with eyes closed to Isaiah 17 for the 4th time (4 = GOD IS DOING A WORK WITH HIS CREATION).

ISAIAH PROPHESIED GOD'S JUDGMENT AGAINST SYRIA (Damascus) AND ISRAEL'S DESCENDANTS .. IT IS HAPPENING IN OUR DAY .. WE ARE IN THE TIME OF JACOB'S TROUBLE.

"Now in that day the [former] glory of Jacob [Israel-his might, his population, his prosperity] will fade, And the fatness of his flesh will become lean.

And it will be like the reaper gathering the standing grain, As his arm harvests the ears of grain; Yes, it will be like one gleaning ears of grain In the [fertile] Valley of Rephaim.

"Yet gleanings will be left in the land [of Israel] like the shaking of the olive tree, Two or three olives on the topmost branch, Four or five on the [outermost] branches of the fruitful tree,

"Declares the Lord, the God of Israel. In that day man will have regard for his Maker, And his eyes will regard the Holy One of Israel [with awe-inspired reverence].

And he will not have regard for the [idolatrous] altars, the work of his hands, Nor will he look to that which his fingers have made, Neither the Asherim (symbols of the goddess Asherah) nor the incense altars.

In that day the strong cities of Aram and Israel will be like deserted places in the forest, Or like branches which they abandoned before the children of Israel; And the land will be a desolation.

Because you [Judah] have forgotten the God of your salvation And have not remembered the Rock of your Stronghold— Therefore you plant lovely plants And set the grounds with vine slips of a strange god,

In the day that you plant it you carefully fence it in, And in the morning you bring your seed to blossom; Yet [promising as it is] the harvest will be a heap lof ruins that passes away] In the day of sickness and incurable pain.

Isaiah 17:4-11 AMP

GOD WARNED MOSES 👇

"The Lord said to Moses, "Behold, you are about to lie down [in death] with your fathers; and this people will arise and play the prostitute (commit apostasy) with the foreign gods [of the people] of the land, where they go to be among them. They will abandon (turn away from) Me and break My covenant which I have made with them.

Then My anger will be kindled and burn against them in that day, and I will abandon (turn away from) them and hide My face from them. They will be devoured, and many evils and troubles will come on them, so that they will say in that day, 'Is it not because our God is not among us that these evils have come on us?'

But I will certainly hide My face [from them] in that day because of all the evil which they will do, for they will turn to other gods [to worship lifeless idols, to honor handmade relics]."

Deuteronomy 31:16-18 AMP

AND MOSES WARNED THE ISRAELITES ABOUT WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IN THE LATTER DAYS TO THEIR DESCENDANTS (descendants of Jacob reside in many English speaking nations including America, Canada, Great Britain and others) 👇

"For I know that after my death you will behave corruptly and turn from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will come upon you in the latter days, because you will do evil in the sight of the Lord, provoking Him to anger with the work of your hands."

Deuteronomy 31:29 AMP

GOD'S JUDGMENT IS INTENDED TO AWAKEN THE END TIME DESCENDANTS OF JACOB AND MOTIVATE THEM TO REPENT .. TO TURN THEIR HEARTS BACK TO THEIR CREATOR!!

IN THIS TIME OF TROUBLE (before the return of Jesus), GOD WILL DELIVER US.

"Oh, the uproar of many peoples Who roar like the roaring of the seas, And the noise of nations Who roar like the rumbling of mighty waters!

The nations roar on like the roaring of many waters, But God will rebuke them and they will flee far away, And be chased like chaff on the mountains before the wind, Or like whirling dust before the storm.

At evening time, now look, sudden terror! Before morning the Assyrians are no more. This is the portion (fate) of those who plunder us, And the lot of those who pillage us."

Isaiah 17:12-14 AMP

When I posted today's scriptures & message on X, I received a timestamp of 1:29. Psalm 129 is confirmation!!!

"Many times they have persecuted me (Israel) from my youth," Let Israel now say,

"Many times they have persecuted me from my youth, Yet they have not prevailed against me.

The [enemies, like] plowers plowed on my back; They made their furrows [of suffering] long [in Israel].

The Lord is righteous; He has cut in two the [thick] cords of the wicked [which enslaved the people of Israel].

May all who hate Zion Be put to shame and turned backward [in defeat].

Let them be like the grass on the housetops, Which withers before it grows up,

With which the reaper does not fill his hand, Nor the binder of sheaves his arms,

Nor do those who pass by say, "The blessing of the Lord be upon you; We bless you in the name of the Lord.""

Psalms 129:1-8 AMP

God revealed this to me on March 31. The Biblical meaning of 31 is OFFSPRING. WE ARE THE DESCENDANTS OF JACOB. 

The moment I picked up my phone to look up the Biblical meaning of 31, the time was 4:44 👀👀👀👀  .. there's 4 again!!!! 444 in the New Testament lexicon is 444 anthropos, which means "MAN."  The entire nation of Israel comes from the 12 sons of Jacob .. they are the sons of 4 wives. God uses 444 to communicate something BIG is about the happen in the world (for example, the Iran Hostage crisis ended on the 444th day 👀).

 

And because God is SO COOL and AMAZING .. this ended up being image number 4 for Isaiah 17 when I saved it to my computer for this blog post! 😮 AND THAT IMAGE IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE IMAGE THAT DEPICTS THE REAPER .. WHEAT BEING SEPARATED FROM THE CHAFF!!!! 😮😮😮😮

TO CHOOSE LIFE IS TO CHOOSE JESUS!!! HE LOVES YOU AND IS EAGERLY WAITING FOR YOU TO ACKNOWLEDGE HIS FREE GIFT OF SALVATION & TO ASK HIM TO BE YOUR LORD & SAVIOR. THE BIBLE SAYS WE MUST CONFESS WITH OUR MOUTH THAT JESUS IS LORD TO BE SAVED FOR ALL ETERNITY. 

"And what is God's "living message?" It is the revelation of faith for salvation, which is the message that we preach. For if you publicly declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will experience salvation. The heart that believes in him receives the gift of righteousness of God - and then the mouth confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scriptures encourage us with these words: "Everyone who believes in Him will never be disappointed." Romans 10:9-11 TPT

PRAY THIS PRAYER ALOUD WITH YOUR VOICE TO RECEIVE JESUS' FREE GIFT OF SALATION & INVITE HIM TO BE THE LORD OF YOUR LIFE:

Jesus, I come to you asking forgiveness of my sins. I confess in my heart and speak with my mouth that You are the Son of God who died on the cross for my sins, that You took my punishment & paid the price I could not pay for eternal salvation. I believe that you were raised on the 3rd day and are now seated at the right hand of God the Father. I receive Your free gift of salvation and I ask You to be the Lord of my heart, my soul and my life. Thank you for saving me & making me righteous before God.
